Hamilton House Merthyr, Brecon, Bike Park Wales

Positive: Everything was there if needed. We didn't eat there so didn't need anything except the kettle. Could do with a banister as I have mobility issues and found it difficult to get up the stairs. The place was very clean and lights were on when we arrived.

Cosy and clean Positive: Facilities such as a travel cot and high chair for the baby was available as well as kitchen facilities. Negative: Parking was hard to find as it was side road parking but that can’t be helped

A good place to stay! Positive: Good location, well presented/clean and everything you needed for your stay. Nicely decorated and spacious. Communication with staff was good via the messaging on booking.com Negative: Overly fragranced with air fresheners which was overwhelming and unnecessary as the place was nice and clean. Took longer than advised to receive the refunded deposit although it did come eventually
